Clear communication can move a good idea forward. At our community breakfast, founders explored how to make their pitch land — and got to try it in a virtual investor meeting.
A founder can be building something valuable and still struggle to explain it in a way that people remember. That gap was the focus of Pitch It Like You Mean It, a community breakfast hosted by NXT LEVEL ACCELERATOR, FOUNDA MET and Wondder at The Delta in Berlin.
The morning brought together founders and members of the Berlin startup community for breakfast, honest conversation and practical ways to strengthen a pitch.
What makes a pitch land?
Mihai Streza, Founder and CEO of Wondder, shared an impulse talk on the choices that make a pitch clear and compelling — and why strong ideas can get lost when the story is hard to follow. The conversation continued with a live Q&A, giving founders space to bring their own questions and challenges.
Practising under pressure
The programme moved from advice to practice with a Wondder VR demo. Participants stepped into a virtual investor meeting and pitched to an AI panel, then received feedback on how their pitch came across. It was a chance to test a story in a setting that asks founders to be clear, concise and ready to respond.
A community built through exchange
The breakfast was also a chance to meet other people building companies, exchange perspectives and make useful connections. FOUNDA MET joined as a partner with its curated co-founder matching format for founders looking for the right person to build with. Wondder brought its VR and AI pitch training experience to the programme.
